Ogigou Suites - Apt 5

Positive: הדירה חדשה ומעוצבת ובעל הדירה היה קשוב ועם מענה מהיר. הצ'ק אין היה קל. יתרון גדול שהיתה מעלית לקומה שניה- לא מובן מאליו בבניינים המשופצים בפסירי. Negative: הרחוב של הדירה לא מהמוצלחים בפסירי, עם מבנים נטושים ותחנת דלק קרובה . אומנם יש מרפסת אך אין לה איזה נוף מלבב. הדירה עצמה מאוד קטנטנה, גם חדר הרחצה פצפון. אני שהיתי לבדי, לזוג נראה לי מאתגר.

Beautiful room well located gorgeous building Positive: This place is so beautifully finished, the building is gorgeous, amazing location and really nice room very comfy bed. Good security. Negative: Would have liked a couple bits like coffee pods for the nespresso, tea and bottle of water since the shops were shut when I arrived

Positive: Nothing .. Negative: We arrived at 10pm from Australia post 24hr flight to a residence with little to no sign, A Lift that doesn't work and a sorry excuse that is clearly a lie as it appears the lift has never been commissioned . Three flights of narrow steps . Navigated the code given on Booking .com With no staff in sight we approached the room, The room was filthy from previous guests it had not been cleaned Standing in the entrance to the room with almost a flat battery on my mobile has to try and contact hotel with no one in sight. Ultimately we had to find another room at 11.30.pm navigate the narrow steps back down and exit the hotel. This Hotel is the primary reason why people are getting angry with overtourism, its obvious the owners have multiple rooms and struggle to control rooms cleaning and have staff available to help in such a situation. It appears their systems have some level of automated responses via AI tools however that's of little to no help in situation like ours. Once we finally got through on mobile we offered another room in a different suburb far away however by this time it was far too late and stressful. I would definitely steer very clear of this and other hotels run by this group. It's a scam and pure selfish business exploitive practised that Platforms like Booking.com should evict from their service as it will affect the service. I was told I was going to be offered a refund however 4 days later I'm still waiting with nothing but false hope and a prayer. stay very clear

fancy building, tiny room Positive: it was cozy and the bathroom was comfortable! location is good if you like that night bar area the building was fancy and clean and beautiful Negative: elevator was not working so it was difficult to get our suitcases up there was some kind of insect in the bed and our feet were itchy - not sure of it was fleas or something coffee machine didn’t come with any pods
